Having hit a real brick wall with trying to lose weight, I had almost given up and lost total faith in my body. I had tried every diet in the book from pills to shakes to starving to eating two bowls of†cereal a day. All of it worked but as soon as I stopped it would pile back on with interest.

I was killing myself in the gym as well so it was not from lack of trying, so I decided to see Laura and see if there was anything I was missing however I have always been pretty 'sceptical' and thought what is there to know that I already don't!

I couldn't believe the difference healthy eating has made, when people ask what diet am I on I try and
explain that its not a diet its just a change in lifestyle.
I have 100% more energy I have gone from needing at least 8-9 hours sleep to managing on 7 and feeling like I have twice the strength.

In under 6 weeks I have almost lost 8-9kilos which is a lot however I am eating far more than I ever have 6-7 times a day and I am actually able to train any point and still feel great.

My main goal was to lose weight, but I have gained so much more than just weight loss I am actually at ease with my body. Something that I believe is far more valuable.
